Since the post-Cold War era, researchers have focused on patronage appointment as an informal form of political communication in social life. There is a reason for this. Establishment of patronage appointments in the civil service, this has an impact on the activities of political parties, including ruling, and in developing countries there is a tendency to change the fundamental nature of the political regime.
In this article, researchers tried to consider patronage appointments in the civil service and its impact on the fundamental characteristics of the political regime.
