Аялал жуулчлалын экосистемд дижиталчлалыг нэвтрүүлэх нь COVID-19-ийн дараах эрин үед бизнесийн тогтвортой байдлыг бий болгоход тусална. Үүнд маркетинг, бүтээгдэхүүн, зорин очих газрыг хөгжүүлэхэд дижиталчлалын буй болгосон боломжуудыг ашиглахаас гадна чадварлаг боловсон хүчнийг хадгалах, хөгжүүлэх, ур чадварт хөрөнгө оруулах зэрэгт анхаарлаа хандуулж байна. Салбарын дижитал шилжилтийг дэмжих зорилгоор энэхүү өгүүлэлд i) аялал жуулчлалын салбарын ажлын байран дахь дижитал ур чадвар, ii) шинэ болон шинээр гарч ирж буй дижитал ур чадварын хэрэгцээг тодорхойлох, iii) аялал жуулчлалын боловсрол, сургалтын хөтөлбөр, санаачлагуудын талаар өгүүлнэ.
