Женейрешн буюу үе тус бүрийн онцлог шинж чанарыг харьцуулан судалж , ажлын байран дээр зөв үр дүнтэй удирах арга барилыг боловсруулах шаардлагатай. Үеийн тухай ойлголт, үеийн ангилал, үе тус бүрийн ерөнхий болон ажлын байран дээрх шинж, онцлогийн талаарх гадаад, дотоодын 40-өөд эрдэмтдийн үзэл браимтлал дээр онолын судалгаа хийсэн. Онол, арга зүй дээр тулгуурлан Хаан банкны мэдээлэл, технологийн салбарын X, Y, Z үеийн ажиллагчдын төлөөллөөс судалгаа авч, дүгнэлт гаргасан билээ.
